What is the estimated delivery time for my order?

We maintain inventory in both the US and EU, allowing for efficient shipping to various locations. Typically, our products arrive within 2-3 weeks for both US and international addresses. For orders within the US, delivery usually takes about 3-4 days if the item is in stock domestically. Alternatively, if the item is located in the EU, delivery times vary depending on whether it's an international or US order, generally falling within the range of 2-3 weeks.

 

Can I return or exchange an item I've purchased?

We accept exchanges and returns on faulty items, items not as described, or items with quality issues. But please note that currently we are unable to accept exchanges and returns on unwanted items, or in case the customer changes their mind or would like to change for a different product. Please carefully read our item description before purchasing.

 

Why hasn’t my order shipped out yet?

We ship within 1-2 days, so you should see a tracking update on your order very soon. If you can't find the tracking information, feel free to contact us. 

 

Why hasn’t my tracking information updated?

Some shipping providers don't offer real-time tracking information - they might delay updating the tracking details by several days. Rest assured, your package is still on its way to you and probably further along than it looks. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions!  

 

Do you ship worldwide?

We ship from our US and EU warehouses and most of our products are shipped worldwide. However, some countries are excluded from our shipping destinations. If you are unsure, please contact us.  

 

International orders & Import duty taxes

We cannot take responsibility for any duty or taxes your country may impose on goods. Those are the buyer's responsibility to pay. Your kind understanding is appreciated.   

 

I accidentally provided an incorrect/invalid shipping address at checkout. What do I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible and we do our best to change your address. There’s no guarantee that we’ll be able to change the address before the package is shipped, but we’ll try our best. If an order gets returned to us due to an incorrect/invalid address, we can reship it to a correct address for an extra fee which is the buyer's responsibility to pay. If the buyer would prefer not having the product reshipped, then please note we are not able to refund your order, because currently we don't have the ability to restock returns that are sent back due to an incorrect address. So please always make sure your shipping address is correct.
