When does my first envelope ship?
Within 3 working days of your order. After that, envelopes ship around the 15th of every month. Delivery takes about 5–7 working days within Europe and 7–11 working days to the USA, Canada and Australia.
Which banknotes will I receive?
Genuine banknotes that fit the month's theme, in a mix of uncirculated and circulated grades. Each card shows the exact grade of your note.
How does the value promise work?
Every note in your envelope is also sold in our shop. Your card lists the shop price of each note, and together they add up to at least $35 (Explorer) or $60 (Collector).
Will I receive the same note twice?
No. We keep a record of every note you receive, so there are no duplicates during your membership.
Does my membership renew automatically?
No. Memberships are prepaid for 3, 6 or 12 months. We remind you before your last envelope, and you decide whether to continue.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Contact us at any time and we refund the months that have not shipped yet.
Where do you ship, and what does shipping cost?
Worldwide, and shipping is free: it is included in every plan. Every envelope travels tracked, door to door, with Spring GDS, the international mail and parcel service of the Dutch PostNL group. Delivery usually takes 5–7 working days within Europe and 7–11 working days to the USA, Canada and Australia. For duties on orders outside the EU, see our shipping policy.
Are the banknotes genuine?
Always. We sell only genuine banknotes, never replicas, and our earlier eBay store earned more than 14,000 positive reviews.
The Extreme Index is our own collector score based on history, scarcity, curiosity, age and condition. It is not a valuation or investment rating.
