1. EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible:
- Item must be returned within 14 days of withdrawal notice
- Item must be in the same condition as received
- Buyer bears return shipping costs
- Secure packaging is required
3. Non-Returnable Items
Returns may be refused for:
- PMG-graded banknotes removed from original holders
- Items damaged after delivery
- Items explicitly marked as final sale
4. Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item
- Refunds use the original payment method
- Original shipping costs are refunded only where required by law
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If an item is defective or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos and order details
- We will arrange a replacement or refund as required by EU law
6. International Returns (Non-EU Customers)
Returns for non-EU customers are accepted only where required by law or explicitly approved by us.
Customs duties and fees are non-refundable.
