1. 30-Day Returns for All Customers
Wherever you live, you may return your purchase within 30 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, this also covers your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal; our 30-day period is longer and does not limit your legal rights.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible:
- Let us know within 30 days of delivery that you want to return the item
- Send the item back within 14 days of telling us
- Item must be in the same condition as received
- Buyer bears return shipping costs
- Secure packaging is required
3. Non-Returnable Items
Returns may be refused for:
- PMG-graded banknotes removed from original holders
- Items damaged after delivery
- Items explicitly marked as final sale
4. Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item
- Refunds use the original payment method
- Original shipping costs are refunded only where required by law
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If an item is defective or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos and order details
- We will arrange a replacement or refund, and cover the return shipping
6. International Returns
The 30-day return period applies to customers in every country.
Customs duties and import fees are non-refundable.
