The notes carry the value in Slovak, Russian and Ukrainian ("Dvacať korún", "Двадцать крон"). They were withdrawn on 31 October 1945, when Czechoslovakia reformed its currency. A specimen is an official sample of a banknote, perforated with the word SPECIMEN so that it could never be spent. Specimens were made for banks and officials to recognise genuine notes.

🎨 Design Details:
Front: "Republika Československá" arched over a sunburst of guilloche lines, with "Dvacať korún" in the centre, the value in Russian and Ukrainian, the date 1944 and red serial numbers.
Back: three large "20" numerals on a fine guilloche background.
